Last moon

The first photographs were taken on 1 October 2009, of a watery full moon experienced in the back garden. Over the last nine and a half years I have taken photographs every month of the full moon and the first sight of the waxing crescent after new moon, wherever I happened to be in the world at that time. The images were captured a breath apart using a hand-held digital camera and will be used to create a film determined by this nine year cycle of lunar phases.
